   IATF16949 subdivides the company process into customer-oriented process (COP) and support process (SP). A management process map defines the functions of all departments and the corresponding input and output, and the teacher asks us to draw their own process tortoise diagram to make up for the existing process planning. Let each process fully consider the influence of the machine material loop.
